    2. Posting Timeline

    We aim to publish your feature within 2 business days of submission, unless a future posting date is requested. Rush requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.

    3. Edits & Approval

    Once submitted, THISISOGDEN reserves the right to edit content (e.g., for grammar, formatting, clarity). While we strive to represent your business positively, you will not receive post drafts for pre-approval unless explicitly agreed upon.

    4. Payment

    Payment is required before your post is scheduled. Instructions for payment (Venmo, PayPal, etc.) will be provided upon submission.

    5. Refund Policy

    All promotional purchases are final. Refunds will only be considered if the post is not delivered as agreed.

    6. Content Discretion

    We reserve the right to decline any submission that does not align with THISISOGDEN’s values, tone, or audience standards. This includes—but is not limited to—content that is discriminatory, exploitative, misleading, or irrelevant to the Ogden community.

    7. Promotion Duration

    Standard posts include a link in bio for 24 hours. Stories and reels follow Instagram’s natural life cycle (24 hours unless saved/highlighted).

    8. Performance Disclaimer

    We make no guarantees regarding engagement, reach, or sales generated from your promotion. While we work hard to highlight you authentically and attractively, results will vary.
